Chicago Girl Hint: All staff are students of meditation, and study with the Indian Spiritual Master Sri Chinmoy. Victory’s Banner is a chill vegetarian brunch/lunch spot where you won’t miss the meat! There are many Indian inspired items, such as a curry omelette or bottomless chai. Also, I really love the meat-free BLT wrap.
